Backtesting

This page will demonstrate how to use the back testing feature on the application. With this feature, you can gain insight into how well the bot will perform.

Step 1

• Pick the time frame you want to back test on from the options

• Enter the transaction cost between 0.01 - 0.99

• Press RUN

• Graph 1 (top) gives you the percentage by which the hypothesized profit will go up or down from the stock market data

• Graph 2 (bottom), the Y-Axis shows all of the stocks in your config file, and the X-Axis is simply the dates, the color scheme shows the percentage of total wealth in each stock.
